Why we charge for Pro

Pro exists because there's a difference between having a planning system and having planning staff. Pro is the staff: an assistant with your entire wedding loaded that answers like it knows you — because it does — and then actually does things. It adds the guests, updates the budget, drafts the vendor emails and the toasts, builds your day-of binder, and tells you the truth when you're $4,000 over on catering. That work is genuinely expensive to run, and we'd rather charge you a fair, visible price than make it “free” the way the ad-supported sites do.

One thing Pro is not: a way to buy better recommendations. Free or Pro, the vendors Eydn suggests are chosen on fit — your budget, your date, your style — and never on what anyone paid us. That's true for you, and it's true on the other side too: no vendor can pay for a better position in your search. Our honesty isn't a perk of the paid tier. It's the ground floor.
